Project Advisory Committee (PAC) Volunteer Form

The Awwa Research Foundation is seeking individuals who are interested in serving on Project Advisory Committees (PACs). PACs are volunteer committees of 3-4 members who oversee the technical direction and performance of each AwwaRF-funded project. Specific responsibilities include:

  • review and refine the request for proposals issued for each project
  • review all of the submitted proposals
  • select the best proposal
  • monitor the performance of the contractor throughout the project.

PAC members are generally expected to participate in one meeting with the research team during the course of the project. The Foundation pays for all travel and other expenses associated with PAC activities. The Foundation cannot guarantee that your interest in a project will assure your participation. However, if you are not selected to participate, we encourage you to consider volunteering again. Opportunities for PAC involvement are posted at this location as they become available.
